1. What YallaPro is

YallaPro is an online directory of local service providers in the UAE. Customers find a business and contact it directly, usually on WhatsApp or by phone.

YallaPro is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a business. We don’t provide, supervise or guarantee the services, prices, quality or availability of the businesses listed, and we don’t take any commission.

2. Business pages

A business page shows the business name, category, description, opening hours, the areas served, its location if it has one, its website, its logo and its WhatsApp number, so that customers can contact it.

By publishing a page you confirm that you own or manage the business, or are authorised by it, that you are at least 18 years old, and that the information is true, up to date and not misleading.

You can change or delete your page at any time from the business area. Deleting it removes it from the site straight away.

3. Content rules

Business content must be accurate and lawful. It must not be misleading, offensive or adult, must not infringe anyone’s rights (including trademarks and logos), and must describe services the business actually provides in the UAE.

The WhatsApp number must belong to the business and be able to receive customer messages.

You give YallaPro a free, non-exclusive permission to show your business name, logo and page content on the site and in its promotion, for as long as the page is published.

4. Checks and our rights

We check new pages and some changes before they go live, and we may ask for corrections.

We may refuse, edit for format, hide or remove a page or a review that breaks these terms, that we receive a valid complaint about, or when required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell the business why.

A business may upload its trade licence to get the “Licence verified” badge. We use the licence only for that check and delete the file once it has been checked (see the Privacy policy).

5. Reviews

Customers can review a business after confirming from a UAE mobile number on WhatsApp. One review per number per business; a new review from the same number replaces the earlier one.

Reviews must describe a real experience. A business may not review itself or arrange fake reviews. The reviewer’s phone number is never shown publicly.

6. Plans and free trials

A basic page on YallaPro is free. Paid plans that give more visibility may be offered later; their price and terms will be shown before anyone can choose one, and nothing is ever charged without the business’s clear agreement.

We may offer selected businesses a free trial of a higher-visibility plan. A trial is limited to one per business, ends automatically on the date shown, returns the page to the free plan and never costs anything.

7. Responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, YallaPro is not liable for the services provided by businesses, for disagreements between customers and businesses, or for any indirect loss.

Businesses are responsible for their own page content and for the services they provide.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version and date are shown at the top. If a change is important, we will tell listed businesses and may ask them to accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
